• 2025 Co-founded a stealth-stage fintech startup building at the intersection of AI and institutional digital asset management. Raised VC and Angel funding, MVP in process.
• 2020s Led Deloitte Capital Markets as Partner and US IPO Services Co-Leader; built the Silicon Valley Accounting and Reporting Advisory function from the ground up.
• 2014–2019 Founded Nextstep Advisory Services, an IPO and Accounting Advisory firm based in Silicon Valley, later sold to Deloitte Audit — Deloitte Audit's first acquisition since the 1980s.
• 2007–2013 Helped start and grow Connor Group, a Silicon Valley Accounting Advisory firm.
• 2000s Led the SuccessFactors IPO from the inside as Director of Finance. Also worked within the PwC Capital Markets Group, including a secondment to Sydney, Australia to assist with cross-border offerings.
